Charged me for repairs that were not done, charged me for replacement parts that were not replaced

AAA quoted me a price for work and parts to be replaced on my car. I agreed to have that work done. After we paid for the repair and got the car home I asked my son how the air conditioning was working. He said it wasn't.

AAA Great Neck refused to take responsibility and claimed I paid for work that they did. I paid for sure, but the air conditioning doesn't work. When I called AAA National I was told that they are not affiliated with them. They do not have anything to do with them and I had no recourse. I have filed with Consumer Fraud, Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.

Do Not use these guys, they will rip you off!
