Tony originally quoted $4500.00 for auto body repair. Started working on car without authorization and did not provide written estimates. After 2 months of working on the car he decided it would be $2500.00 for additional parts required. Verbally agreed (had no choice after he had already started the work).

7 months after, car was not ready and he decided it would be an additional $3500.00 for labor before he can release the car. Kept car hostage and threatened illegal actions when he's not even licensed/authorized by the state of California to work on vehicles. We found out through the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

Once, we got the car back (undone & with police involvement) we found all wrong parts on the vehicle and frame of vehicle still bent. Also, kept parts that I had already paid for and my spare key. Still working on getting my key back (and money).
