Nick Santan Scamers, poor repairs slow work

I took my car to this shop, Allstate told me to. I left the car there, because I trusted the advice of my insurance company. When I got it back the interior was dirty and when I asked Rob to over the repair sheet he said he was to busy.
The repairs did not look right, the color match was off. When I took the sheet to another shop my brother reccomended, they noticed issues with the repair. Some parts were listed as new but in fact were used parts. Some were even aftermarket parts made in China. What a fraud, I like my car and now I have a bad repair and I still have to make payments for the next 3 years.
I am now complaining to Allstate, they are no help and I have filed a complaint with the California Consumer Bureau of Repairs. I shiped them all my paper work and they working on the file.
I never authorised these type of reapirs and Allstate is looking into, I pay alot of insurance and I want the correct repair.
Do not take your car here they are scammers.
