Starter Problem

I got my vehicle set for beginner issue on May2 at 9AM. Before I got the vehicle in I named in Pep Boys and spoke the the support office. I had been provided complete cost of beginner and work $608 out the doorway by Jonathan. After I got the vehicle in, it had been drawn in by Jones. He cited me the exactly the same cost of $608. I acquired a call-back at night that it's likely to price over $1389 to set up the beginner 'cause they've to additional work. Lastly they got right down to $825, which we gladly settled. Whenever we visited get the vehicle, it had been producing loud sound from the motor.

I had been informed by associate supervisor Jones, he'll look after the issue. I called back Wednesday 5/05 and was informed by support supervisor Steve, it'll charge me another $450 to repair the issue.

These folks want to get the work together and must have aware individuals who learn about vehicles and customer support.
