Lied about needing a part

I got my nissan set for them to set up a beginner, two nights later began having issues using the starter again. Itook it back plus they stated I required a brand new Flywheel to get a cost of $685. Oo. I subsequently got my vehicle to some sign store and allow them examine it. They explained they place the incorrect beginner on my vehicle at Pepboys, the indication store set a brand new beginner in also it works great. Pepboys stated there is no payment due given that they did not do the job. The store billed me $90.00 to complete the beginner. I also settled Pepboys $168.00 to complete the very first beginner. Personally I think I had been right in-going to another person to repair the issue since I have didn' possess the $685.00 to possess them get it done.
