Failure and Negligence

Had an issue where my 2003 Dodge Dakota overheated on March 15 at 3 am. Named a tow business and was towed to Pep Boys in Parsippany, given that they were likely to most probably on Sunday.

Once they start they got my vehicle in and stated that it require a new radiator. Never showed me the previous one. I told the to complete it. On Friday I acquired the vehicle.

A maximum of 12 units out and also the same exact thing occurred. Had it towed back.

Following A week of looking to get called they ultimately stated it required a brand new head gasket and after receiving me $1000 for that radiator they desired today to cost me $1500 for this, I turned.

Then after calling and calling per week passes again, plus they stated that the top was distorted and they were likely to substitute the motor at their price.

No calls after which on Friday, April 2 was informed in the future and get the vehicle. After I got there, they explained they weren't likely to substitute the motor nad ostensibly tuff luck.

Poor work and neglect.
