Ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam, sold me a shaking, quivering Jimmy

I bought a 2001 GMC Jimmy in June. Almost immediately started to shake on the smallest of bumps.
I took it in at 197 miles. And several times after. I was told by Yates Pontiac to just deal with it. That there is nothing they can do for it. I reported them to the BBB. I went to the mediation. The BBB assigned it to a lawyer who had no mechanical inclination at all. He denied my claim saying, that it was the normal driving characteristics of this type of vehicle.
Bull... It drives like the front end is totally worn out. I have a 72 Chevy pickup that has 160000 miles on it and it drives normal.
I have friends that ride in it. And they say what the hell is wrong with this thing.
I have talked directly with Mike Yates and asked him to make this right with me, His customer. And his answer was I'll sell you something else. But you have to come up with about four grand to offset being upside down on my current loan.
Now I didn't buy the cheep model. I paid 23 grand for this two door Jimmy. Power everything. They told me that I bought a low end vehicle, if I would have bought a Yukon or Tahoe I wouldn't be having this problem.
Bottom line they don't give a rats _ _ _ about there customers. Just make a sale.
GM also washed there hands of this problem. They told me that all these Jimmys do this. But only one out of a hundred complain about it. My answer is then take care of the ones that complain.
Or just modify the vehicle to stop the shaking. What the hell are the test tracks for???
