Sale Auto Mall rip-off it's nothing but an $18,000 Lawn Ornament

Cars & Transport

I bought a 1995 Pontiac Firebird from Sale Auto Mall on October 31,1996. The car had about 17,000 miles on it. Four days after buying the car I had problems with the car shaking and I took it to the shop.

Well, over the next 12 months I took this car into Sale Auto Malls service center 16 times. They would fix the problem and send me on my way. I told them each time that there was a bigger problem with the car. I also contacted Pontiac several times re: What is really wrong with my car isn't getting fixed & I think it keeps making other things break. I was brushed off by them.

When my warranty ended and I had repeat problems I called Pontiac, only to be told, too bad, so sad, no warranty. Sale Auto made the repair again since it had only been 2 mos. Now, my 4 yr old Pontiac is in the shop needing a new engine. The radiator had rust in it and flowed through the whole engine eventually destroying it. Please help me get my money back for this repair.
