I purchased a car from onestop, on 2/07/09. I did not have the full amount so they gave me 13months to pay off. The remaining balance. Now they tell me that, I missed two payments in the amount off 202 and that is why my car was repoed with notice. Now I have missed a payment an they called to notify me. And now he says they don't have to. Come to find out the guy they sent to repo is their friend, an when I got to the lot today to retrieve my belonging, the guy who repoed the car was there, we had. A few words, an now they say I owe them 2074, when my balance was 1097. Now all my paper work was in the car when they towed it. It looks like it was tampered with. Cause if they gave me 13months to pay off the balance how is that bi weekly. That is what they claim. They supposed to have told me. I need help. Because they are trying to get over.
