Denied insurance claim with Crawford and Company

I was prepared to convince UPS of the legitimacy of my recently denied claim until I read, on this review board, some others similar experiences and then I realized forget it. They are not going to pay. They don't have to, there is no one policing UPS. The bigger question is why is this tolerated by the U.S. government who is supposed to protect us from unfair business practices... Especially a big company like UPS. Shame on them and shame on Crawford and company
