United Parcel Service UPS insurance and shipping is a rip-off but you can win against them

As many of you know now, UPS has swindled an untold amount of consumers who have shipped with their company and their Mailbox/Postal outlets. I am currently suing them in Small Claims Court. You must do this to win. Don't hire a lawyer unless your state laws allow the court to force UPS to pay your legal fees.

During the past years, UPS used to process their claims internally, and most consumers were pleased with the results. HOWEVER, during the past couple of years, they have hired CRAWFORD & Co to process their claims. These insurance adjusters are ruthless and dishonest. They will go to any lengths to keep you from recovering any money.

One of the best ways to reinforce your claim is to print off the delivery record from the Internet tracking page. I will explain about this in my November posting. Just be sure to print the tracking page after the package is deleivered. Then, get a notarized statement from the receiver that will confirm the condition of the package and the amount of packing material inside the box. UPS and Crawford will lie after their "inspector" inspects the package. They will always state that the item was not packaged sufficiently. They are dishonest — liars to the nth degree.

I will win my case and will report to all of you how to pursue your recovery. UPS and Crawford are relying on the fact that it takes the consumer time and energy and money to pursue claims after being denied.in order to combat this ripoff company, YOU MUST FIGHT BACK!

UPS depends on you not making the effort. That is why they hired Crawford. If enough consumers file small claims cases, the burden of defending themselves and the bad publicity may bring the big brown machine down. We must battle back! Keep watching!
