Ripoff deceptive company ripoff waste of time the business that doesnt give a dam

I have not so good credit. I applied online and recieved a call from desert suzuki saying that I was approved. Came in picked out the car, signed a contract, traded in my car gave a down payment and was allowed an additional 30 days to come in with the balance of the down payment. This took place 4/6.

On 4/9 I was called back in to the office to quote "sign more papers." I went in and was told that I had to come in with an additional 1200.00 on top of the 3900.00. I agreed. The sales price of the car was 16000.00. They gave me 2300.00 for my trade in plus I put 1100.00 down on 4/6.

On 4/15 They then called again and said I needed to come sign more papers. I go in also bringing in 1100.00 more to put toward the down payment. I am now up to 4500.00 down payment. When I get there they say we can get you into any car but this one. First they say they can't finance me even when they are already requiring that I put 48% down. At the end of the night they say it isn't beacause of financeing but they were losing 2000.00 on the deal.

The car is a 2000 acura interega that has front end damage.in the end they unwound the deal. Did not return my 1100.00 on the day they said which is 4/20 and I have it in writing. I talked to 4 different people on this deal none of whom communicated with each other. I am claiming this company a ripoff waste of time. They do everything to waste your time, money and trust.
