Reposessed my car after 3 yrs and after I paid them $1,886.00 over bal. Due! Outlandish ripoff late fees

I purchased a 1995 Honda out of this location, exchanged my Nissan, and my pymts were $250.00 a month, he kept bothering me concerning the $500.00 nevertheless due for that down, within the first year, I had been paying him $300.00-$350.00 a month! He's in the middle-east, difficult to keep in touch with, and becomes issues about when detailing how his paper-work is. Following this point began in Iraq, is when he got truly unpleasant and required I spend $1500.00 that I still owed him about the vehicle

He wont provide me an overall total of funds he's recvd from me. He reclaimed my vehicle a week ago, I actually donot understand what to complete, I'm just one mother of 2, work full-time, and am dropped at how to proceed to obtain my vehicle back, he OWES me I'd like the name and anything back that I over-paid to him. I've 8 days left to complete anything or it is eliminated and that Iam out a lot of cash for nothing.
