Douglas tires at wal-mart - p175/70r13 bw x-trac

I bought a tire from walmart douglas p175/70r13bw x-trac for my 97 nissan sentra miles on my at time 172554, I had a blow out tuesday morning going only 35 mrh. I went back to Wal-Mart and talk to a young boy in the auto dept. He tooked at my original ticket and told me there was nothing he could do, I did not Purchase the "extened road warranty". Also told me I had 10,000.00 miles on that tire, ask me if I bought a new tire already, told him yes, I had to have one, my care wont run on 3 tires! I was told the warrany is only good for 3000 miles that tire was a 45,000 mile tire, if your product is only warranted for 3000 miles put your mother in a car with 4 of them. How good yould you feel about that
