Horrible company

This all began March 4th having a telephone call to some John Kostrzewa within the revenue office. Appeared to be a great man and attempted to assist me obtain a cable control to get a cp3 push that had gone bad. Because quarry was among the first versions they sent it'd 3 cableis in the place of two.

After several efforts to describe this I really could tell he simply did not realize. He was still attempting to sell me a two cable control for 4 dollars. And so I sent him two excellent images of the three-wire control on March 5th. He explained the technology new-just what i needed today also it was to become spliced in and never the entire funnel and he'd deliver it out. He also stated it'd be 6 bucks two bucks greater than the entire funnel was initially, but used to donot care I simply wished to obtain the vehicle ready to go. Despite the fact that they ought to of simply lined it.

Following A week and two times however no component. I named John many times and he explained I'd obtain a following range in my own mail. I still by April 7th haven't obtained another mail from him. (enjoy it is my job to contact and advise the man to complete his work).

I obtain a container from ATS on 3-20-09 by advantages excellent my component is here now. I start the container and also to my shock in the end this time around i obtain the wrong component. I call-back on Friday 3-23-09 i questioned him why I acquired the incorrect component after i invested time delivering images of the correct one? It should have been the technicians problem. I'll send another container via advantages he explained using the proper component. I call-back to obtain a following range and what are you aware they delivered it out normal email without any following range (exactly the same method the very first container was delivered that never managed to get.

On April 3rd I quit on john and attempted to obtain paul the supervisor about the telephone all day long but he simply been out-of his workplace each time i named in and not delivered my phone. Evening two of looking to get paul or clint the dog owner about the telephone. No such luck. The assistant that responded the telephone stated that he was studying the issue. How difficult is it to simply deliver the component and overlook it we're not referring to lots of cash.

I still by April 7th have only one container using the wrong component. All I'd like would be to obtain the wright component and become completed with the entire silly thing.inside protection I'll state that I've not been billed for-anything by yet. Is Ats a poor business? I will think about worse but I'll counsel you to remain from them. They're not looking after there previous clients but are immediately to market a brand new client a component.
