Deceptive, Dairyland Worst Insurance Company "Delayed payments on Claims"

Dairyland insurer ran a red light causing a accident. We had a eye witness and the investigating police officer wrote two moving citation to Dairylands insurer. For running a red light and failure to control his vehicle. Dairyland refusses to pay out saying it could have been avoided because it happened in the middle of a intersection.

Dairyland lies stating we said on the phone deposition that we caused accident, which we didn't say that. One sorry excuse and lie after another. Dairyland won't except the Diminished Value Claim we filed stating that our Ins. Comp. Repaired pre-existing damage that was unrelated to the accident. Our vehicle was in good condition, no pre-existing damage was on our vehicle.

We filed a complaint with the Texas Department Insurance on Dairyland because of their deceptive insurance practices. When Dairyland had to answer to TDI's questions. Nothing was right, dates were all off, it was like they were answering to another accident. Very unprofessional company.

Dairyland won't write letters, instead they make harrassing phone calls to you which causes mental anguish trying to understand what their trying to say. What ever you do, don't get this insurance, or God help you if someone hits you with Dairyland Ins. Which is part of Sentry Ins. Company.
