Lied about extended warranty

We bought a car at Tyrone Square Mazda and was told by the seller that the approval was based on us purchasing the silver package warranty. We were naive and trusted it to be truth so we purchased it for $2200.00; which we never used because it didn't cover what went wrong on the car.

On buying a new car, we learned that this basis for approval of the loan was not given by our credit union. When we went to speak with the seller, they were gone. It then came down to the F & I gent who said we willingly purchased it and we argued that it was under false pretenses and was told to talk to the short, bald guy on tv, and the GM. He offered a couple hundred off of the repairs which would not have helped seeing how it would only help with a fraction of a large sum to fix a car that we owed $3548.00 on due to the $2200.00 tacked on silver package with a car worth $500.00 (1998 Mazda 626 LX). He then offered us a discount on purchasing a new car, which we declined as we were lied to once and now more educated and not trusting them AGAIN. We asked them to put half the cost toward the balance of the loan and he denied so we asked for them to pay 1/4 which is $500.00 appx and he again denied. He said "I don't see us getting anymore business from you in the future, so I am not willing to pay anything". So much for customer service.

They know that their car seller lied to us and they offered small compensations to cover this up. Wear a condom if you still decide to buy from this dealership.
