This company doesn't stand by their products

From the time the bike arrived by shipment, i have had nothing but trouble from it. I assembled it myself, when it came to standing it us, the kickstand was too short. I called them, they told me to bend it forward. Did. Then the bike wouldn't stand up. I had to lean it against my sofa, and dropped it because of that. Then the mirrors broke. The bike was supposed to be very easy to assemble, but was not, i had to hire a mechanic, who took the bike and built it. When it came back it was a foot taller. They said it was 26 inches in seat height. It came back double that amount. Then when we tried to electric start, the battery had been send not working., i asked them to send me another one, and they knowingly send me one too big for that bike, because they knew the correct one was on backorder. Never telling me the proposed date of arrival. I have found this battery in ga, and asked them to send me a check for it, they refused. They just don't stand by they're products. I have had it since february 18th and can't ride it at all, because i can't straddle it now. Trying to sell it, but it doesn't have a battery that works. I'm losing already 300.00 because of the shipping costs and the mechanic, which i can handle that loss., but no more. Please help. Thank you, joy froug
