Ruined my car, stole my money, has done it to many other people

Bob Toto is a scam artist that lied to me, took as much money as he could get from me and then gave me back my car with used parts, improper or incomplete work and told me that he had fixed things that were never even touched! When my car broke down, he had the nerve to charge me to fix the problems with the used parts that he sold me and told me they were new parts.

When I asked him to make these things right by fixing them or giving me my money back for just the things that weren't done. He screamed and yelled at me and called me a liar. After a little research online, I've found his name came up on iusacomplaints.com and hemmings motor news website as a scam artist. He was also indicted in New Jersey for using his used car business as a front for illegal gambling and robbing local people, banks and other dealers of half a million dollars!

I talked to some of his current and former employees, he robs everybody that goes in there! They are as surprised as anyone that he is still in business and that he hasn't been shot or arrested yet. He took money from a guy to order a digital dash and never ordered the dash because he figured the guy was a drug dealer and he would be in jail and Bob would pocket the money.

Nice guy huh? You really want him working on your classic car. I know I don't!!
