Took my money and car for a 1 way ride

I gave Bob Toto my car and $20k to perform a rotissiere restoration of my rare classic car.
That was almost 4 years ago and almost nothing has been done except tearing it down.
I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place with few options and I know there are many others in a similar position.
I've considered my options and any of them only offer a bitter end to what I was hoping would be a dream come true.instead it has turned into a nightmare.
Its sad that there are so many people like him in the world. If he put as much effort into being honest and sincere, he could have been famous instead if infamous.
