Terrible customer service!

I purchased a solution in March for July 24 journey on AeroMexico. Upon birth towards the airport, I had been informed that my ticket have been ended from the company on June 2 because of my disappointment to cover the solution. The broker explained that there is nothing she might do and that I needed to go up using the company. After I purchased my one-way solution, I'd also purchased a round-trip ticket for my spouse, which hadn't been ended. Neither among us visited, and also the next day we visited protest using the travel broker, who after some study with SABRE, that will be the machine he used-to guide my solution as well as the program utilized by Aeromexico, unearthed that the solution have been ended on June 24, in the Oaxaca airport, from the flight agent which the access concerning the August 2 termination have been created on June 24, in the Oaxaca airport.
