They are a bunch of liars

I am disgusted at the amount of time I going down to Airport Suzuki in Irving and NOTHING was done. I applied online and was contacted by email first that I had been approved by a lender and to contact Anna Butler. I called her and she said that I was approved for $15,000 and that I should come down to finalize the loan. I specifically asked her over the phone about down payments and she said they would do everything in your their power to make the deal work, regardless of deposit. When I got down there, for starters, the facility is dirty and doesn't look professional at all. There were sales reps surfing the internet and doing other personal stuff while customers were waiting to be helped. The sales guy came over asked for copies of all my personal information and said he would go and run the application. (According to Anna, that had already been done). He came back and stated I needed to pay $4,000 down in order to drive away with a car. Who in there right mind will pay $4,000 down on a vehicle at a Suzuki dealership. If I had $4,000 do you think I would have gone to a Suzuki dealership??? I don't think so. Anna claimed there were incentives, rebates, and other programs to make up for down payment and that's a lie, or at least I wasn't offered anything. I was told $4,000 down was the only way I could drive away in a car. And what makes me even more upset was I told her I didn't have a car, resulting in me having to ask someone to take me to their dealership and the bogus people didn't do anything. It's sad how when I was contacting people for references, they tried warning me that I was wasting my time sitting in their office because they are a bunch of liars. Airport Suzuki needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!
