Expensive breakfast buffet and gas fillup

Hello
I stop at the Flying J on I4 exsit 10 near tampa for food and fuel
We had the breakfast buffet and was near 11 am and nearly finish
They charge us 18.54 for a quick breakfast with no refill
Also i had 3/4 tank of gas and usually need 7 gallon to top off but it took 13 gallons and cost 28.00
they should check the pumps for exact dispensing of fuel
I think there pumps are off
