I purchased a 2005 suzuki Forenza in 2006. My engine blew in 2008.

I towed my car to the Suzuki dealership in Bayrigde Brooklyn N.Y.

I was told my warranty would cover the engine work.

I was told I needed to provide receipts of maintaince.

I provided receipts, and then was told that the company would not accept the receipts because they were fake.

The receipts were not fake. Suzuki has shown me nothing but disrespect. They refuse to allow me to speak to anyone else than a supposed manager, named Robert.
