Please do not buy any Suzuki

I purchased a brand new 2004 Suzuki Verona. Just recently I found out that the engine had failed without warning. I furnished all receipts as requested by the dealership who had recently acquired Suzuki, (formerly Flow) now Parkway Suzuki. I called ahead of time to tell them the trouble I had been experiencing with the car and they advised that it should be covered under the factory warranty. I took the car to the dealership they again gave me assurance that they would take care of the repairs. About two days later they asked me to furnish all receipts proving that the oil had been changed. I complied as requested and shortly thereafter they informed me that they would not cover the car explaining that it appeared that the oil had not been changed in the car. They had also given me a rental and after explaining that I was going on vacation with my family, they basically left me stranded without a rental at the airport leaving me on my own. I have hired an attorney to my surprise to find out that a neighbour had the exact same car with the same problems that he could not continue to pay for. Please do not buy any Suzuki. If your car fails they will place blame back on the consumer and they will not help you. I have a 10000 car that is basically junk. They have recently discontinued the car, thus proving again that the car was junk. I hope anyone checking takes heed. It is a continued fight for me, don't let the same happen to you.
