Held My Car Ransom

Ok so, a couple of week ago, my car broke down. I left it on the side of the highway for what was supposed to be about 8.5 hrs. (I was making arrangements to pick it up later). When I went to go get it it was gone. As it turns out No Limit Motors (Who I bought the car from) picked it up with out telling me or asking me to do so. After that I asked them to confirm what the problem was (The alternator went out). They continued to make the repairs with out my permission which is against the law in the state of Tx. They charged me $388.24 just to repair the problem, not to mention that they tried to charge for the towing. When I tried to tell them what I was goin to do to fix it, they wouldn't hear of it. They told me they were doing me a favor. And that there is nothing that I could do to change it. So I had to pay them just so I could get my car back, when I didn't even want them to do.

They held my car for ransom, considering that they put a GPS locator in every car they sell. So they would find me if I tries to take it back. So All in all, they stole my car fixed it with out permission and charged me 3 times the amount that I could have done it for.
