I sent laptop (3 months old) in for a warranty repair. I had to call to find out where it was after a week (was told I would have it back in 6 days).
They told me, after being put on hold and transfered a million times, that I was going to have to pay $350 to get it returned.

They would not tell me why or what was wrong with it or what they had done to it... Nothing! I gave them my card # over the phone and they finally released the hostage but not until I paid the ransom of $380.
Then when I got it back finally, it has the "caps lock" stuck so I can only use "caps" unless I hold down the "shift", LIKE NOW!!!

No one will take my calls or return my calls.

Finally after a week they sent me an invoice/work order email stating that my "LCD" had to be replaced.
It was not the problem when I sent it in. And noone called to let me know anything before I had to contact them.
None of them spoke or understood english or any form of it.
