I purchased an extended Warranty on my GMC Sierra 2500 from Continental Warranty in June for $2769.00. I was told by the Salesperson that called me from Continental that I would be covered Bumper-to-Bumper on this vehicle at any GM Dealer. All I had to pay was a $100.00 deductable! I went to use it for the first time in February and found out that basically NOTHING was covered!!! I now have a truck and a $2173.56 repair bill that included O2 Sensor replacement, Manifold Gaskets and Oil Pan/Dipstick that needed repaired. The Warranty folks told the Dealership that I only had a power train limited warranty and NOT the Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty as described to me. Unfortunately, the documentation I received is not clear and it is 9 months later so no returns. BEWARE, the actual insurance provider is Great American Insurance Company, Cincinnati, Ohio. Either way, I got Ripped Off!
