Electrical Short Claim Denied on Bumper to Bumper Warranty

I purchased a Bumper to Bumper warranty from JM & A Group and while my vehicle was still under warranty they refused to pay a claim on a short in the electrical system which caused my vehicle to be unusable. Would not start!!! Also rear air condition was not working. This (was not) a power train only!!! This was a bumper to bumper. I paid a lot of money for this warranty that is useless!!!
