Unqualified workers, And poor workmanship

On 01/13/09, I took my car to Ice Cold Air for repair on my transmission and motor. I was told to put 250.00 up front. I did. And after a month of waiting, I went on 02/06/09 to pick up my car. After paying the due amount of 350.00, I started to leave when the car would not keep running. At that time I realized that the people at this shop did not know what they were doing. At that time I was told that they would fix the problem the next day. Now they have my money, my car and as of 2pm 02/09/09 know one has came back to this shop. I came to this shop at 09:00am alone with other people and we have no answers. I have no where else to turn. The business next door has said that Ice Cold Air closed down months earlier. And that Jerry is running a bootleg operation.
