Gabriel Poor workmanship, unreplaced parts required by factory for rebuild

Brought car to Scottsdale shop for repair, transmission removed and rebuilt, reinstalled. At 7000 miles started having violet down shifts intermittently. Scottsdale shop closed. Took car to Chandler shop. They had car in shop twice for a total of 4 weeks. Tried to fix problem and failed. Held car until out of warranty then closed the Chandler shop the day I picked up the car. Factory would do nothing. This is a warning that they do a poor job of rebuilding transmissions. They do not stand behind there workmanship. The rebuild did not last more then 10K miles. It was a waste of $1700 dollars and I now have to take it to another shop to have the hard parts replaced that the factory said had to be replaced or the transmission would fail again prematurely.
