Unauthorized charges to my credit card

Great Enjoyment created costs of $12.99 to my charge card on many occasions without my agreement. They explained i examined a container on Hotwire to approve the cost after I hired an automobile, which closed me-up for $10-20.00 savings. The only real container i examined was accepting towards the conditions @ Hotwire to get a car rental. BEWARE, thought I had been obtaining a fantastic price but got a concealed shock (cost) instead. Will not use Hotwire again.
