This site offers a FREE grants funding search and tells you all you have to pay is 1.98 shipping and handeling. Today I got my credit card bill and I was charged on 01/13/09 1.98 and charged 69.95 on 1/23/09. Nothing said you would be charged 69.95 for this, in fact if it had I would not have ordered it. It is outrageous that someone takes the liberty of charging you without my permission. I intend to cancel this card because I think they are just interested in having your card info. I also intend to do whatever it takes to shut this site down. This is a scam beware
