Charged the $75.00 annual fee before 30 day trial was over. Get it back?

After signing up with grant funding search over the internet, I was promised a CD for $2.00, and a free 30 day trial period before assessing an annual fee of $75.00. They actually charged my account within about 2-3 weeks! They charged my credit card account before I even got my CD! I am now working with my bank to get the charges reversed, and the $35.00 over-the-limit fee because that charge caused me to be overdrawn (I had sent an email to cancel the membership, but not in time to stop the charge—which came 1-2 weeks early anyway). So, right now, I am out $110.00 because of "Grant Funding Search". I wish I would have checked complaint before I signed up! Never again!
