Weekly payments not credited, then late fees and 29% interest

Drive Financial has been receiving weekly payments from my company starting October. They say they aren't receiving. Checks haven't cleared the bank. We have received four checks back in the mail and they are now charging late fees as well as interest at the sum of 29%... We will take action. We bought the van in June of 08 and not one single payment was processed the right way leaving cancelled check fees, late fees, and interest all on us, the consumer. Don't get sucked in by this company. We are looking to refinance this vehicle as quickly as possible
