Drive financial services ripping us off by charging outrageous fees that are hidden to us!

I started my auto loan with Drive Financial in January. I initially bought the car for $13000 and when I received my statement the total amount was $21000. I called several times and was informed that there were bank fees involved, but no one could explain "what bank fees".

Yes, I have been late a few times, but who hasn't? We have always got caught up and I just recently had a 2 month deferment on the loan. We got our statement for August and there was a $50 charge for the deferment, which I was never informed about when we first started the deferment process.

Also, everytime I call to talk to a rep. About our account, they are very hesitant on answering my questions. They are always repeating themselves over and over again and also are very rude about the whole thing.

I am being charged so many fees and more interest than I should be charged and I want it to STOP!!! Yes our interest rate is high, but some of the payment each month should go to principal. And, they don't. All payments go to interest and this unknown bank fee.

I would like to be added to any lists, petitions, or complaints that have to do with filing a class action lawsuit on this company. They really need to be stopped. They are making it very difficult for people to survive by not being able to afford anything on the loan... Thank you for your time and feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all.
