Global Automotive scam, selling used parts as new!

I bought a key control component for my 2003 Saturn Ion on Ebay from International Automotive. It had been outlined as "completely new" having a 12 months guarantee. I acquired it on Jan. 28th. I however, approached them with another mail on Jan. 30th having said that:

Expensive worldwide-automotive,

The component was covered in bubblewrap just as well as in a postal service container. There is no bill or paperwork contained in the delivered container. Just about the entrance of the container may be the delivery information. It had been marketed as fresh but obviously can be used. I'll send photos if required. It's scores within the openings where the screws move in. The component is messy and filthy.

They responded back exactly the same evening with this specific e-mail:

Being that people market just OEM segments, we indicate them-so please make certain we return our component.

so what can I actually do? Its their term against mine! The corporation must be barred from promoting on websites for example Ebay. Because of not having the ability to keep negative comments on Ebay anymore, others are most likely going right through the same!
