Schfoield Pontiac / GMC, General Motors Corp. Purchased Lemon, Dealer now refuses to service vehicle which is still under warranty

Cars & Transport

I purchased a 2007 GMC Envoy in March. I have had it back numerous times for intermittent electrical issues. The traction control and air conditioner turn on by themselves. The service 4 wheel drive light comnes on at different times, the front seats quit moving for and aft intermittently. The transmission blew the sprag gear at 17,000 miles.

I tried talking with GM, went thru the Better Business Bureau process (they closed the case when I asked to take it to arbitration). And I even talked with the Kansas Attorney General to no avail.

Today when I called the dealer to set up an appointment to have the vehcile checked for the service 4 wheel drive light coming on, on dry roads and staying on for 2 hours the going off, Scott Hatchett the General Manager told me he would not service the vehicle. It is still under the factory warranty and has 29,000 miles on it.
