Daily harassing calls to a contact person who has no loan

I don't have an auto loan with this company; I was listed as a contact person for someone who does have a loan. This person has fallen on hard times and cannot make the payments on her vehicle. I am receiving calls twice a day telling me to contact the person. I have done so and advised Westlake of this. I still receive calls from them telling me I had better call the person and have her call them. I still get these calls twice a day, and I have told them I don't have a loan with them and not to call me again. They still call and say they will keep calling until the loan is paid. These people are rude and have no respect and seem to enjoy it. One's name is Eric and the other is Joe, more than likely not their real names. I guess it's time to contact an attorney.
