Fraud beware used car dealer - fraud deception nsf

Nadeem Hanif sold a used 2004 BMW 745i vin# WBAGL63534DP73766 aug 27th. City Car Center could never provide title, registration, tag for this vehicle from 08/27/08 to 12/18 On 12/18 city car center agreed to purchase back the car for the original amount $25,500.00 gave letter and check, which turned out to be a bad Check NSF and been turned into Bartow County, Ga magistrate courts.

From 11/22 through end of Dec. 2008 the car was at Global IMports of atlanta for repairs, service there found documented the transmission in this car needs immediate replacement. City Car Center denied Global Imports to repair the car picked up car, On 01/09 it was discovered the car is attempting to be sold at an auction somewhere in GA.

On 12/16 contact local tag office they explained the vin number revealed the car was still titled to previous owener with a lien attached to title.

Beware of thsi dealer ship, we are currently proceeding with a lawsuit for fraud and deception in thsi matter to recover all costs, damages, expenses related to purchase of this car from city car center in august vin: WBAGL63534DP73766
