On January 5th, I had been returning from Toronto, Canada. I got out in vegas to obtain a connecting trip to Phoenix, Arizona. After which bakersfield.
I visited the starting cubicle in Nevada Entrance: I believe stomach and that I requested the woman called: LEILANI V. "easily could easily get to another trip", and inorder to provide me a lineage solution, she explained: "STAY!!! As being a PUPPY. She didn't state please, no friend, no nothing. She was really rude, unkind, and totally unprofessional. However, in a few minutes, a flight attendant arrived-out and he or she said that there is a clear chair for just one individual and that I questioned her (LEILANI V.) again "easily might proceed in" and he or she stated: " SO LONG AS I'm BELOW, YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!", and so I was awaiting the following flight, and also the same task, she'd not I would like to get in. So i visited Customer Support, they offered me a move and so I might consider the following flight. I skipped AN ESSENTIAL ASSEMBLY in Bakersfield which it cost me a great deal. It was the WORST ENCOUNTER with USAIRWAYS I ever endured; consequently, I'd like A COMPLETE REIMBURSEMENT of my cash along with a PAYMENT FOR THE PROBLEMS I EXPERIENCED. DECLINING to achieve that inside your component, I'll consider AUTHORIZED MOTION and that I'll ensure that your organization may undergo an extremely poor press.
