Ordered nobby tires but got slick tires

I ordered nobbby tires. But I got slick tires instead. I couldn't afford to ship them back. So, I kept getting stuck in the snow all winter. I think they should replace the tires or refund my money. I kept having to get pulled out of the snow all winter long. HELP complaint!
