Our bag was taken with my mobile phone and my charge card. I had been really uset to determine that my charge card have been combined with the corporation. I named my charge card to recommend them of the scam plus they recommended me to get hold of the comapany straight to get a quicker reimbursement. I named the very first time waited on-hold for 45 mins. I called again and waited for 30 mins to obtain a repetition that recommended I'd have to talk to a boss. She transferred me to some boss, i waited on-hold for another 27 mins. I really could not delay anymore and so I named 24 hours later. I had been hung-up on 8 times every time the repetition might get without having stating a term they hung-up on me. Then i eventually got to a repetition who recommended she'd look after it which I'd be acknowledged in 7 to 10 business days. I had been about the telephone together with her for no more than 10 mins. Then 15 mins later i obtain a phone in the same organization and same repetition informing me that I'll not be acknowledged per her staff guide. I had been so upset at this time. Not just had scam been cometed but I had been being handled just like a felony. The sup got about the point she MRS BECK wouldn't provide her frist title recommended me that I'd need to ostensibly leap through hoops to obtain my $25 back. After all seriously its $25. Formerly I had been recommended that merely a partial quantity have been utilized, and so I informed BECK that I'll simply take what-ever the balanace that stays about the consideration. WHOA, I really could not believe how rude and foolish she was. I had been informed 8.19 was the total amount used lol including there charge. I had been prepared to consider my deficits and obtain a reimbursement of 16.81 but BECK explained this is impossiable "due to the scam that i declare, the consideration has become negitive $8.19." I simply don't understand what to express at this time. I can't think I've to complete all this but still might not get my $25 or my $16.81 back. The corporation must revoluate there support on all levels
