Illegal and fraudulent reporting of credit

AIB sold me a car which i paid on for 4 years. Then i lost my job and was a little behind on my payments. I did notify the bank and tried to work with them, only 1 month behind and they repoed the car, I even had made a payment that day but that wasnt enough for these scheisters.

The car had been in a accident and was insured, but not yet repaired it was scheduled for repair but they took it anyway. Then they sold it and didnt get enough money to cover the rest of the loan. Probably because it wasnt fixed 700.00 for repairs so, not that bad. Then AIB garnishes my wages for 4 mos, still not enough for them.

Now that was 8 years ago, and come to find out they got a filing on my credit report for 17,000.00, when the difference was only 2000.00 after garnishing only 200.00 was left thats the actual amount owed. So for 200.00 in debt they now have a 17,000.00 judgement and filing on my credit report. What the hell is going on with the legal system in this country!

It appears that this company has a racket of shamming hard working people using greasy lawyers (i saw him in court) to misreport so they can intimidate. Its pretty despicable. Please if anyone files a civil suit contact me lets gang up on these credit hyenas and give them some payback.
