Known for Harrassment, Lying, They have Consulted Minor Children, Threatened Us, Called Before 8 A.M. Abused & mistreated

We purchased our car in June. I was laid-off from my job and then my husband was laid off. We reported this to them before our finances got really bad.

We admit that we are a credit risk, but even when we paid on time they would call. They call numerous times of the day even when payment arrangements have been made. They sent a field representative to my house with a telegram and spoke with at that time my 11 year old daughter, then charge me for someone coming to my home to deliver a message.

They call my house before 8 A.M. Some mornings. They call my job even when told in writing not to call my job. They played the tricks with the extensions saying that by the time we fax our paperwork in to sign for the extensions, they were all out of extensions when we had been told our paperwork was received and our extension was in effect. They put on our credit report that they were unable to locate us when they call us and write us. They call our friends and relatives when they tell them not to call anymore. We are 5000.00 upside down with our car also.

Yes, I know you reap what you sow, but I don't feel the worse person on earth or even someone on deathrow deserves this torture. People make mistakes and bad choices in life, but no one should have to pay for the same mistake over and over and over.
