I am happy and sad at the same time to find out so many people have had the same problem I have. Triad Financial has caused an extreme amount of Stress, Frustration, Anger and self Esteem Issues. They make you feel very small. I have been in screaming matches with them just about every month. They change their "procedures" almost every time I talk to them. I have had this loan for almost 3 years now and I bet they call 8 times a day. It doesnt matter if I explained to them my situation they still call.

I have set up payments to come out of my account and they still call and then say oops "someone forgot to take your number out of the list". They have called my job when I have asked/told them not to. They aplied one of my payments to somebody elses account and harrassed me for that payment for two months calling me 10X a day asking evey time "do you know your behind and Why are you behind?" The kept telling me they would review my activities to see where the $ went after having to prove I made the payment. I had to threaten lawsuit before they "found" the payment.

Good look filing for an extension of payment. They say you are allowed one a year (if approved). I have yet to see one. Every time I've tried its been a denial for one reason or another. Such as "you have to have made a payment within 15 days" or " We are all out of the alloted extensions for the month".

I laugh now when they call. I still make my payments once a month but after reading some of the other entries it sounds to me as if it really won't matter. They will get my car in the end. Sing me up for the Class action. I have stories to tell.
