The Biggest Liars, Thieves I've Every Dealt With In My Life! Ripoff

They continue to lie about working with me to get car note caught up, by claiming that my requests for extension is denied. You would think that in allowing the extensions, I could get it caught up, but not with them. They were calling my job constantly until I fired off a letter to them, now they call my home everyday, two or three times. The last rep named Barry stated that "he was going to get me an extension" asked for a payment (which I made). Thing was I documented everything he was saying and they continued to call and harass me. When I told them that I had made arrangements with this person, they did a three way call. Of course, now Barry was acting as if he didn't say that and he wasn't going to sit on the phone and be talked to in this manner (RIGHT!). He became defensive because he messed up and was trying to back track in front of staff. Now they're saying make another payment and they'll TRY again to give me an extension. But this is the same crap they've been giving me for the past 6 months to almost a year. I think they want it back to attempt to sell it and make money.

My credit is messed up and I don't think I can trade the car in (126,000 miles) because of it's condition. I am tempted to give it back anyway.

Is there a law suit against these people?
