This dealer steal my ca

I bought a 2006 subaru sti from national auto broker at 3 month ago, but it was broken at next day, the engine had big sound and it couldn't run any more, i try to contact dealer to return my car, but they are so rude to refuse me, and they told me olny thing they can do is tow my car to their dealer ship and they will have a look, so i tow my car to there, they said it will take 1 or 2 week to fix the car and they will call me when it done, during this time,

I try to contact them, but they said they send my car to a specialist to fix it, i ask them where it is and what is the specialist's phone number, but they said they don't know where it is, and refuse to tell me, they just said they will call me when it done, i call them lot of time, everytime the answer is ask me to wait, until one day i call them but nobody answer the phone from 12/23/08, and i went their dealership to check what's wrong,

I was scared, because there sotre is nothing left, all the car disappeared, the only thing left just a paper on the window, it says will be open by 01/02/09, but today i back to there the paper was disappear, I was unable to see any contact information there, i can't find the dealer and i don't know where my car is, i think it's another way of stealing car, and i have no idea about what should i do, if everyone have same situation or looking for the dealer too, i hope we can solve this together, my email address is jiaxi_hu@hotmail.com, thanks
