Got a paper in the mail 2 weeks ago wanting me to buy a warranty. Only problem is I HAVE THE WARRANTY! I have had it for nearly 2 years and when i went to use it the other day I was told I would have to come up with 16 hundred dollars and maybe I would get it back and maybe I would not. It's funny how they are going belly up but they can still take my payment out of my account just 2 days ago. How are they allowed to do tha? Are they bankrupt or not. I have 4 payments left on my account they said if i dont pay it if they dont go bankrupt i will be in defalut of my loan and wont be able to use the warranty. So what do I do. Call the insurance comissioner of South Carolina and all the mailboxes are full.
