Performed Unauthorized Repairs

Dropped off a ATV for them to take a look at. Transmission was not shifting properly. Asked them to take a look at this a call with a estimate of the repair cost. First they did nothing for about 4 weeks. After repeated calls I told them that I would pick it up. Then a couple of days later they call and say they fixed it ($965.00). So Ok they fixed it without permission but at least it's fixed. What kind of warranty will they provide for the work that was done? No warranty - no nothing - and by the way pick it up right now or we will sell it, right now means today. Oh and also they don't take credit cards or checks, so only cash will do. Now if this sounds like a respectable buisness then by all means take your ATV here. Mine is still sitting in their yard. This is a very rude, stupid bunch of thieves.
